Introduction to St John’s
A SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE FOR HOLY WEEK! You are warmly invited to walk the labyrinth in St John’s during Holy Week. There is one way to the centre and one way out. You can treat it as an allegory for life’s spiritual journey, a means of finding solutions and reassurance; the opportunity to leave a burden behind. You can stand, sit or kneel; you can leave at any time. Come along and experience a peaceful and reflective time.
We are an Anglican church set in the centre of the village of Weston. We are committed to prayer, welcoming and friendly to all and seek to being transformed by our worship which is both joyful and reflective.
This church has been here since the turn of the 20th Century witnessing to a living faith in Jesus Christ and we seek to continue to grow in this faith.
We would love you to join us — we worship at 10.30am, either Holy Communion or Morning Prayer with an All Age service once a month which families might particularly enjoy.
Twice a month we also offer a quieter said service of Holy Communion at 8.00, see the monthly services section for more details as to when.
